У застосунку: Налаштування → Профіль → «Видалити акаунт» → «Видалити». Акаунт і всі ваші дані зникають одразу.
Без застосунку: напишіть на tadelunso@gmail.com з темою «Видалити акаунт» і вкажіть ім'я в застосунку. Ми видалимо акаунт протягом 7 днів і відповімо на лист.
Видаляються: профіль (ім'я, стать, вік, зріст, вага, цілі, фото профілю), усі записи про їжу й фото страв, історія ваги, збережені страви, відзнаки, переписка з підтримкою, під'єднані пристрої. Резервні копії бази зберігаються ще до 14 днів і потім видаляються.
In the app: Settings → Profile → «Видалити акаунт» (Delete account) → «Видалити». Your account and all your data are deleted at once.
Without the app: email tadelunso@gmail.com with the subject «Delete account» and your name in the app. We delete the account within 7 days and reply.
Deleted: profile (name, sex, age, height, weight, goals, profile photo), all meal records and meal photos, weight history, saved dishes, badges, support messages, connected devices. Database backups are kept up to 14 more days, then removed.
