Сервісом користуються лише люди, яких запросив власник. Записи про їжу, фото страв, профіль (стать, вік, зріст, вага, цілі, фото профілю, якщо ви його додали) і вага зберігаються на сервері власника й нікому не продаються та не передаються — крім тренера, якого ви запросили самі (див. нижче).
Тренер. Якщо ви передасте своєму тренеру код із застосунку, він бачитиме ваші записи про їжу з фото, вагу, підсумки днів, ім'я, фото профілю, стать, вік, зріст і рівень активності, а також зможе змінювати ваші цілі (ви отримаєте про це сповіщення). Поради AI, чат підтримки, сповіщення, пристрої та збережені страви тренер не бачить. Відключити тренера можна будь-коли в Налаштуваннях — доступ зникає одразу; тренер так само може відключитися сам.
Для розпізнавання фото страв і тексту вони надсилаються моделі Google Gemini через її API. Для щоденних і щотижневих порад їй надсилаються також підсумки дня (калорії, БЖВ) і зміна ваги. Фото профілю нікуди не надсилається.
Підписка. Купівля йде через Apple або Google; платіжних даних ми не бачимо й не зберігаємо. Покупки обробляє RevenueCat (сервіс обліку підписок): він отримує випадковий ідентифікатор вашого акаунта (не ім'я й не пошту) і дані покупки. У себе ми зберігаємо стан підписки, назву продукту, дату закінчення, магазин (Apple чи Google) і цей випадковий ідентифікатор. Якщо ви входите через Apple чи Google, ми зберігаємо стабільний ідентифікатор вашого акаунта там — для входу, а не пошту й не ім'я (лише те, що ви самі ввели в застосунку).
Щоночі копія бази даних і фото зберігається на Google Диску власника й зберігається там 14 днів. Доступ до Google Диска використовується тільки для цих резервних копій.
Якщо ви підключите Apple Health, застосунок читає з нього вагу й кроки. Вага зберігається на сервері так само, як уведена вручну: потрапляє в графік, резервні копії й поради (див. вище про Gemini). Кроки показуються лише на телефоні й нікуди не надсилаються. Нічого не записується в Apple Health; дані з нього не продаються й не використовуються для реклами.
Застосунок також зберігає назву пристрою (наприклад, «iPhone Олі»), щоб адміністратор бачив, які телефони під'єднані, і токен для сповіщень.
Видалити акаунт і всі свої дані можна в застосунку: Налаштування → Профіль → Видалити акаунт. Дані зникають одразу; з резервних копій — протягом 14 днів. Копії, які власник отримує в Telegram, він видаляє на ваш запит. Без застосунку — як видалити акаунт.
Only people invited by the owner use this service. Meal records, meal photos, profile (sex, age, height, weight, goals, a profile photo if you added one) and weight are stored on the owner's server and are never sold or shared, except with a coach you invite yourself (see below).
Coach. If you give your coach a code from the app, they see your meal records with photos, weight, day results, name, profile photo, sex, age, height and activity level, and can change your goals (you are notified when they do). They do not see AI advice, the support chat, notifications, devices or saved dishes. You can disconnect your coach at any time in Settings and access ends at once; the coach can disconnect too.
Meal photos and text are sent to Google Gemini through its API to recognise food. For the daily and weekly advice it also gets the day's totals (calories, macros) and the change in weight. The profile photo is not sent anywhere.
Subscription. You buy through Apple or Google; we never see or store payment details. Purchases are processed by RevenueCat (a subscription service): it receives a random identifier of your account (not your name or email) and the purchase data. We keep the subscription status, the product, its expiry date, the store (Apple or Google) and that random identifier. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we keep the stable id of your account there, for signing in — not your email, and not a name beyond what you typed in the app.
A nightly copy of the database and photos is kept on the owner's Google Drive for 14 days, used only for backups.
If you connect Apple Health, the app reads your weight and steps from it. Weight is stored on the server like a weight typed in: it goes into the chart, the backups and the advice (see Gemini above). Steps are only shown on the phone and are not sent anywhere. Nothing is written to Apple Health; its data is never sold or used for advertising.
The app also stores the device name (e.g. "Olya's iPhone"), so the admin can see which phones are connected, and a token for notifications.
You can delete your account and all your data in the app: Settings → Profile → Delete account («Видалити акаунт»). Data is removed at once, and from backups within 14 days. Copies the owner receives in Telegram are removed on request. Without the app — see how to delete your account.
